I placed a custom order and was disappointed when it showed up... the face and body weren’t the ones I picked, so it just didn’t feel like what I ordered

At first glance, it actually looks realistic, so props for that. But once you start handling it, some of the joints feel kind of cheap and flimsy. Love when something looks premium but then reminds you it absolutely isn't.

I ordered from them mainly because they made it sound like the box would be discreet, but yeah, that was not the case. The label had too much info on it, and between the tape and the shape of the box, it was obvious what was inside.

Of course, my neighbor saw it sitting by my door before I got home, which is literally the exact thing I was trying to avoid. Kind of defeats the whole point when the packaging basically announces itself.

I reached out to customer service, and they just brushed it off as “standard packaging,” like that somehow fixes it. If privacy matters to you, I’d blame them for overpromising here and definitely wouldn’t count on their idea of discreet.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it took almost a full day to get the first response. After that, the replies were quicker and they handled my issue without any problems.

I wasn’t totally sure about ordering at first because the prices online are kind of all over the place, and somehow that made me trust this one more. Shipping did take a little longer than I hoped, but once it showed up I felt better about it. The doll looks nicer than I expected for what I paid. I’m not saying it’s some super fancy thing, but for the price, I’m happy with it.
